In both cases, you maintain your employee timesheet details and expenses in the payroll system. Each pay cycle (e.g. weekly, fortnightly or monthly), you can export the data from your payroll system to a file and then import the file into Micronet where the payroll transactions can be posted to your General Ledger.
CloudPayroll is an Internet-based payroll service which caters to organisations from small businesses with simple payroll requirements to large businesses with several hundred staff and complex payroll structures. CloudPayroll keeps records, does the banking, pays your staff and manages your superannuation requirements all in one go.
CloudPayroll provides an Employee Kiosk facility where your staff can access their own pay history details, print group certificates and manage their leave requests in a secure environment.
